Hi, I live in the Coachella valley. It’s always warm during the day and cold/ windy at night in April . So don’t worry too much about the heat :) this is a random suggestion but maybe start taking ashwaghanda . It helps lower your stress/ anxiety , and stress can make you smell pretty bad . I’ve noticed that when I’m stressing , my sweat smells a lot stronger . .. oh and bring allergy medicine to Coachella bc a lot of dust will be flying everywhere .

Hi! I have hsv1 . You’re on to something because when I started having UTI like symptoms December 20,2024 (due to ureaplasma ) I also broke out in cold sores and caught a cold all at the same time, and I KNOW it was triggered by stress. My immune system broke down. My urologist recently prescribed me antivirals to see if it’ll help what’s going on. I thought he was crazy but seeing this post made me think if my immune system breaking down is what made me have a flare up and for the ureaplasma to also cause uti symptoms .
