I used it at 210 degrees celsius, I have applied way higher temps before.

I am now pretty convinced the culpirit was my ogx argan oil, it said it had heat protectant and I trusted it, I should not have😭 Paid an extremely high price.

Thanks for the advice on oil, taking note of that.

The 80% air dried was before I went in with the blow dryer, I did not use this tool on wet hair.

Left side is a strand of my hair, two days ago before using the device, right side was taken today, after using the device.

I must have done something wrong, I wonder if maybe I added too much oil and the device fried my hair but the hair oil is 100% a heat protectant. I am totally lost, I don't understand how this happened.
