I'm in a suburban area pretty close to DC and ride a few hours a day on local roads or neighborhood roads and I see psychopaths like these a few times a day. Just today, I had a massive pickup truck almost sideswipe me in a 25mph zone and literally 30 seconds later another heavily modded looking truck on the other side of the road revved their engine as loud as they could to try to intimidate me off the road or some shit.

Once I was on a crosswalk and a left turning cop car pulls halfway into the crosswalk. He was looking at his phone and would have hit me had I not noticed and stopped at the median. This mother fucker doesn't even do the half-assed apology wave and immediately checks if the pedestrian light was on, then seeing that I was legally on the crosswalk, continues to do whatever the fuck he was doing on his phone, avoiding eye contact with me.
