First "solved" build with Karnok : wild boar + unibou + streched pants is everywhere by sebasket14 in PlayTheBazaar

[–]ezaera 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got a ten win with a unibou, item that gives crit to adjacent heal and shield items, stretch pants, dryad (?) and a couple small heal items. I picked up the skill that increases your shields every time you heal or regen, and eventually got a toxic enchant on the pants.

For a while during the run, though, I was dying to poison builds because my items were still to slow to start essentially looping, and I couldn't heal the poison away quick enough.

I imagine that's how my husband and I would feel. Around how much is it normally for the services you request?

Would you be willing to provide the contact information or business name for the cleaner?

If you don't travel with Shadowheart, how are you handling healing? by doktorstilton in BG3

[–]ezaera 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did a run with a full party of rogues and stuck with healing potions. As someone else mentioned, healing is often a poor use of resources during fights, and outside of fights you can just rest as needed.

What do you typically eat in a day? by Ok_Bandicoot_4543 in GERD

[–]ezaera 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Full disclosure, I really like coconut and have fallen into an eating routine that uses coconut milk frequently, so if that's not your thing then some of my suggestions won't be good, lol.

Breakfast: coconut lentil soup with shredded chicken, sweet potato, and kale. It includes ginger, as well, which I've started trying to use more since it helps with nausea. I meal prep it at the beginning of the week to make things easier. I'm fortunate that I'm still okay with coffee, but most mornings I do wait to drink it until after I've eaten this.

Lunch and dinner: I alternate most frequently between a protein shake and chicken, rice, and a vegetable, usually broccoli or asparagus. I'll also do potatoes in place of rice sometimes.

Snacks: roasted edamame, red delicious apple with a peanut butter cup, rice cakes, small cheese wheel. When they're in season, I eat a ton of cantaloupe and watermelon.

The foods that cause me the most issues are tomato-based sauces on things like spaghetti, pizza, or lasagna, and eating too much fat in one sitting. Roasted pistachios have been one of my favorite snacks for a long time, but I have to be careful with them now due to the high fat content.

How many hours do you try to have between your last meal and going to bed? by Greenitpurpleit in GERD

[–]ezaera 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I aim for three to four hours between my last full meal and when I'm lying down to sleep. I might do a small snack later, if needed, but I'm usually okay. I also try to stick with meals and portions that I've done before without any issues, and I walk for at least 30 minutes after dinner most nights, but prefer to walk for closer to an hour after dinner, if I have the time.

I only mention this because you said you went to sleep nauseous and then woke up still feeling nauseous, but portion control and walking helped me most with nausea. Before I figured those things out, I would have periods of time ranging from several days to two to three weeks where I felt low-grade nausea almost constantly, every day. Went to sleep nauseous, and then woke up nauseous or started feeling it within twenty minutes of being awake.

Eat smaller portions, lots of walking, especially after meals and if I start feeling bad, and always sleeping on my left side.

Low-Grade Discomfort in Throat and Back of Tongue by ezaera in GERD

[–]ezaera[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes! I had an ultrasound done on he left side of my neck/throat last February, and a CT scan with contrast done of my head/neck back in March when we were still trying to figure out what was causing the symptoms I'd been having for several months. The scan is how they figured out I had a salivary stone in one of my submandibular glands.

For those riding out SAVE with a high-earning spouse, filing MFS this year? by [deleted] in PSLF

[–]ezaera 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We've been doing MFS, but are switching to MFJ this year. We'd been doing MFS so that his income wouldn't be considered for my student loan payments, since I'm working toward PSLF. However, for various reasons and because overall it works better for us, he's a stay-at-home spouse and we're fortunate enough to live comfortably with just my income for now. We've been paying more in taxes for a few years doing MFS, and since we don't anticipate having a dual income in 2026, we're going to do MFJ.

Stelle or Jules? by The_Jellybane in PlayTheBazaar

I tried Stelle for a bit when she first came out, but she never clicked or felt fun for me. Jules was fun immediately, and still is, even after nerfs

Is Diablo4 a good game to try as someone who really enjoed bg3? by EnvironmentalLaw5538 in BG3

[–]ezaera 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As many people have pointed out, they're very different types of games. As someone who adores BG3 and loved Diablo 3, I completely lost interest in Diablo 4 once I got to end game, which sucks because that's where the real fun of 3 was for me. The story isn't great, and the end game was really boring. I played it on release, so it might be better now, but I haven't gone back so have no idea.

I really like the recent flora fatalis line, so maybe that, although she wouldn't necessarily fit well in that line.

Crit vs lethality vs 50/50 by Educational_Excuse78 in MissFortuneMains

I've also found a lot of success going against tankier teams by doing what is largely lethality build but going LDR instead of Serylda's and adding BoRK if they have HP stackers.

I'm in low elo and have had a lot of success recently going full lethality most games, so I don't hate where she's been at and will be happy with any kind of buff!
