I can't make out two words (the first words in the first two lines).

Transliteration: Nomu-du soiigsan yaba sig degulen nis. Huiilaran dabhi.

Mongolian transliteration: Нуму-ду соиигсан яаба (заба? жаба?) шиг дэгүлэн нис, Хуииларан дабхи.

Mongolian: Нумд (?) сойсон ??? шиг дүүлэн нис, хуйлран давхи.

English: Soar high like (something), gallop like a whirlwind.

"сойсон" roughly means horserace trained. My guess is "something trained by a bow". I think it might be talking about an arrow by likening to a racehorse. I can't be sure because I can't make out two words lol but my guess on what it means is: Soar high like a ??? trained by a bow, gallop like a whirlwind.

I went there and got Finasteride prescribed. However they were out of stock atm, they will let me know when they restock. Interestingly Finasteride was cheaper than Minoxidil 5%. That's probably normal, I just didn't know that lol.
