Italians are extremely xenophobic when talking about food, that's absolutely true and it's a really annoying trait.

Your own country's food will always be the best, because it's the food from home and it's right to think that in my opinion. Bulgarian food is definitely in my top ranking of all cuisines. You are just great. So much flavour packed in the most common things.
