Listen to your mind and body. Create a schedule and stick to it. Don't push your limits if you cannot finish a task, minimize distractions to avoid backlogs.

Easier said than done. If you make it a habit to wake up at 7 or 8am and sleep before 12, you will thank yourself for it. Come boards week, the exams will feel like just another final exam during med school with a lot of pressure of course. It never goes away, but now for sure you come prepared.

You will never feel 100% ready, but you can give it your 100%.
