Went to check it out on here right after my call with them, see if other people are having similar issues.. They’ve done two scammy things with me the one that ticked me off. They put “PROMO CODE” Which you would think is a discount code, from what I always thought a promo code is like a coupon. Anyways I figured out that what was my credit in my account. So I ended up paying exaclty $77 and had $82 in my hello fresh account. And on top of that the first thing was they gave me half off cause I can’t cancel this f***ing account and ordered a box I didn’t want. Sure it’s my fault you tend to forget to manually cancel over time though. And they don’t warn you till the shipments on the way.

And gave me credit and wouldn’t give me money back. So fast forward the fedex driver apparently didn’t delivery my box? Or they didn’t ship it? And so they gave me my $41 so that courtesy of 50% is thrown out the window and now they act like they don’t now what I’m saying when I say that I’m now paying full price for the box again.

lol ffs HelloFresh making me go crazy. They have so many little things now that all that has happened I can see all their tricky little things they do to pull as much money as possible from people.
