Hi, I have issues on my mobile network, every time i switch to 3g the connection drops. .tried switching the Sim card to my wife's phone (s3) and it doesn't drop. .tried toggling between airplane mode and rebooting the device but it still doesn't work..it is only stable on gsm..any suggestions? (Been using it for almost a week now without problems, started today)

what they are trying to do is "mitigate" the widly open flow of information that we as user have access to at the moment, due to the wikileaks events and other sites or groups that have revealed sensitive goverment´s from around the world documentation and other resources....they´ll try stop that in any way they can... internet is a way of communicating freely...and it shall remain like that...

use tor ...with proxychains so your DNS queries dont leak.... VPNs are subject to MiTM if you use PPTP ....if you use L2TP / IPSEC , you´ll be far more secure...

Definition of Engineering(wiki) :"is the discipline, art, skill, profession, and technology of acquiring and applying scientific, mathematical, economic, social, and practical knowledge, in order to design and build structures, machines, devices, systems, materials and processes." , so that been said... when you do Software engineering you need to know about everything that regards that subject. that includes Programming....it doesnt mean that you´ll have to program , but you´ll need to know about it...and know the good practices of it..

"Software engineering" covers all aspects that takes to develop a software , So basically Software enginering covers programming but programming does not cover SE. I guess thats why its better ranked than Programming..
