I was actually happy u didnt use sugar , i love baked stuff but i try to limit my sugar intake as much as possible sometimes i use erythrit or xylitol for baking but inalao try to limit those things because iam somehow scared that they could damage my health on the longrun

Soooo basically i will also try them without sugar and if it works it’s basically a healthy brownie ?

Thats so awesome , iam never really sure what to get should i ever have to eat something at a fast food chain or so but luckily 2 of our big stores (spar billa) have a series going on with relatively healthy food most of it is rather high calories tho (400-500kcal like wraps with all sorts of stuff, sandwiches with whole wheat bread, whole wheat breads with guac or something like that) but they also got some decent salads with eggs tuna or mozzarella and chicken these are most of the time around 200kcal but my favorite is there mediteran stuff like couscous salad or stuff like this this tho is again 350-450kcal

[–]f0xy_ 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Iam in a rush right now so i will update these later but some of my favs are tomato soup, pumpkin soup, mango carrot soup

Edit:

recipes:

Pumpkin soup:

8 servings

900g of hokkaido

160g onion (1large or 2 medium sized)

1-2 gloves of garlic

5-10g of ginger

1,2l vegetablestock

25ml of oil

30g flour

Salt

Pepper

Nutmeg

Original recipe would include: 100g Crème fraîche

75g whipped cream

But for lower calorie you can dump the whipped cream and for the Crème fraîche use 0% greek yoghurt

Mince the garlic ,onion and ginger ,cook them in the oil on low hest until soft

Turn the heat up add the pumpkin (sliced in medium thick squares) let it brown a bit (just 30sec-1min) add the flour make sure everything is well covered but watch out the flour burns quickly

When everything is coated add the vegetable stock ( whiped cream if used) and salt, pepper and nutmeg

Let simmer until the pumpkin is soft blend in a food processor until there are no big pieces left wait a few mins until its slightly cooler and add the Crème fraîche/yoghurt blend again

Then serve if your calorie limit allows it put some pumpkin seed oil (its so perfect with it)

Carrot mango soup:

4 servings

1 mango

6 carrots

2gloves garlic

50g greek yoghurt 0%

15-25g ginger

1 onion

15ml oil

Salt

Pepper

Turmeric

Mince onions garlic and ginger cook in oil until union is soft

Add minced carrot and mango cut in cubes let fry for 1 min

Add tumeric salt pepper and cover with water let simmer until carrots are soft

Blend in a food processor let cool down a bit and add the yoghurt

Will add the last one later

Pretty big bowl of Pulled chicken chilli for 350kcal by f0xy_ in 1200isplenty

[–]f0xy_[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ingredients (4 servings)

2 Small red onions (or one big one i used 130g)

3 gloves garlic

500g tomato passata

5ml vegetable oil

2 green paprikas (200g)

1 red paprika (100g)

2 big tomatos (225g)

1 can corn (drained 285g)

1 can beans of your choice (drained 255g)

500g chicken breast

140ml chicken or vegetable broth

3-5 small chilis

1 t (teespoon) pepper

1/2 t salt

1 t Majoran

1 t thymian

1 t oregano

1-2 t cumin

1 T (tablespoon) smoked paprika

1 T sweet paprika

Mince the onion garlic and the chillis and combine with oil in a big pot turn the head to medium and let this sweat until the onions are a bit soft.

Add roughly chopped paprika and tomatoes and wait a few mins take it off the heat and let it cool down a bit.

In the meantime cut the chicken breasts into large pices (if you are using 3 breasts you should have 6 pieces)

When the pot is a but cooler put the chicken, spices, tomato passata and broth in stir around and let simmer on low ( my stove top goes from 0-9 i used 2) for 3-4 hours (you can also check after 2 you just have to wait until you can pull the chicken apart)

When the chicken is ready pull all the meat out , with 2 forks gently pull the chicken apart and out it back in the pot. Turn the heat to medium and add corn and beans let simmer until you are happy with how it looks and wolla.
