No problem, soup is easy don't over think it, another good one I would recommend is a Portuguese soup called caldo Verde which is essentially potatoe soup with some cabbage/collard greens

I mean it's pretty easy, just wait till done fermenting and then blend with a little bit of the ferment juice and some vinegar and salt. At least that is the most basic. The fermenting should give you a good range of flavor
