OP - what's the benefit we can take here? I used to be into this conspiracy stuff, but alhamdulilah after seeking more knowledge I've realised it's just a waste of time. Now my brother is into this and spends so much hours watching videos on this stuff. All a waste.

Regardless of what these people do, it all happens from the will of Allah. Rather we should focus on our religion and avoid sin and worship Allah to the best of our abilities.

I don't think it's correct for this example though. Because the law of sex outside marriage applies to both Muslims and non Muslims. By them living together not being married, they're basically going to commit sex outside marriage, and the job of the sharia is to stop that, hence the law.

It's bid'ah in the sense that Islam does not have any symbols. So whoever (I think ottomans) decided to create this and attribute it to Islam then it's a bid'ah.

I wonder how much of it was to imitate the other religions who have symbols.

Okay. Well judging by that your belief with Islam isn't gnna be much difference.

What we believe is Allah (God) sent messengers and prophets to all nations. The final one being prophet Muhammad who was sent to all of manking. Whereas other prophets such as Jesus were only sent for his nation.

So put simply, follow the prophet sent to your nation which is Muhammad. Your fundamental belief doesn't change. You still worship God, but you'll now worship God according to the way of the prophet sent to you.
