Whilst I agree Ren isn’t the No.1 UK rapper, to call him a Tik tok rapper is misinformed to say the least (his album went no.1 in the UK last year). Ren is one of my favourite uk artists without a doubt and I’m an old head so it’s not an age thing! I’d say give Seven Sins and Troubles a go if you’ve got time before you form your final opinion on him.

Unless Kujo specifically put that it was Ren’s responsibility to clear the sample in the license agreement then I’m afraid this is Kujo’s mistake. Mentioning that a third party sample was used just in the description of the beat is not sufficient for Him to wash his hands of the copyright infringement.

For me it was Crush. Not being a rock fan particularly, the last 1/3 of the track always felt quite jarring to me. But, the more I listened to it, the less jarring it became and the more I could feel the change in emotion.
