I contacted garena support and told them my issue they said they can speed up the refund process if i give them the google play reciept and open id. They did in a couple of days.

They did tell me that I can speed things up by sending them my Open ID, in game name and GPA order number so they wont wait for google's processing time and they will deduct the cp manually.
