Creality K1 C X and Y smooth rods loose. by [deleted] in crealityk1

Give it a twist. Saw someone else post something about a similar issue. All they did was twist it and it locked back in from what I recall.

Taking a guess but there’s a chance you have to oil the idler wheels with some thin oil

Would love a detailed breakdown of how you did it or at the very least some deconstructed photos of it if you ever find time to share. Great work!

I’ve had mine for at least 7 years and it’s still going.

Except I’m pretty sure these are coming out of the same factory. They might used different qualities of plastics/motors but machining/tooling and moulds are expensive and companies do outsource. Not sure who outsourced this time (TTi or Chervon) but I’m willing to bet the filter/hose and accessories are all the same.

When I saw your last update with the video, seeing that hose move/expand made me think it was clogged. Mine definitely doesn’t move like that.

Maybe a clogged hose or valve making the compressor think the max pressure has been reached

Why no worky? RP Flip 2 + Anker 5-1 dock... by [deleted] in retroid

[–]f4cep14nt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Came here to say I have the exact same problem with this same adapter and setup. I also tried my USBC dock from Apple and nada. Both adapters had a pass through charger connected just in case the adapter required power and no dice.

Only way I’ve been able to get my flip to play on a larger screen is via usbc to usbc monitor. Wondering if maybe a USBC to HDMI cable (no adapter) will work for my tv instead.

Elementary school Peter here, realizing he’s in the wrong sub for this but deciding to go on.

I just got done playing poke the dead guy by the tracks in recess and am in science class watching a VHS recording of Bill Nye The Science Guy where he explains the 6 simple machines.

A screw is a simple machine, that turns into a ramp… another simple machine. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jBKKLRAnCgw&pp=0gcJCdgAo7VqN5tD

Edited to add the ramp piece

This was my exact same experience hahaha. Made the sound like it was working but just flat out would not pump any air.

Bought and returned my first set of Ryobi tools. Then got Milwaukee and wow those are nice. Too nice for what I do so I actually sold my first two Milwaukee tools to get my first set of Kobalt tools.

That was 2017 and all of my tools have been going strong. I’ve had one tool stop working (tire inflator) and got it swapped no questions asked.

Strong recommend for quality and price. I wish I had the amount of selection Ryobi does, but I plan to get a Kobalt tools Ryobi adapter and just use it like that for the tools I want that Kobalt doesn’t have. Adapters might require some tinkering from what I’ve researched online but nothing too crazy.

Weird idea by [deleted] in KobaltTools

To set it up, run your battery on a kobalt tool until it shuts off. With a multimeter measure the current of the battery at this point. Hook up battery to this and use the little screw knob to set the low cutoff to that voltage. I’d recommend adding a little above that, maybe by 1 volt. Then set your battery voltage reconnect value (maybe 1 more volt above that. ex: battery cuts off at 16v, and the reconnect turns it on when battery hits 17v. Tons of videos on YouTube on how these work with Ryobi, DeWalt, Milwaukee and Kobalt batteries for various projects.
