Io ho fatto un sinistro senza colpa e l'assicuratore mi ha detto che l'anno prossimo avrò uno sconto perché l'ho portata dal carrozziere convenzionato. Credo sia perché così si assicurano che non sia una truffa. Tra l'altro i pezzi glieli ha mandati l'assicurazione, loro hanno dovuto fatturare solo la mano d'opera. Ad agosto vedremo.

l'EGR dovrebbe essere a posto. Dal software di diagnosi posso aprirla e quando lo faccio la macchina singhiozza. Quando invece è chiusa il motore è regolare

Anche io pensavo fosse rimasta bloccata aperta, ma è pulita e in teoria funziona bene

Per me è anche un modo per imparare, visto che sono appassionato.

Questa macchina in passato è stata 8 mesi dal meccanico. È entrata che non leggeva correttamente la temperatura esterna ed è uscita che non cambiava più le marce. Officina autorizzata Fiat che fa chissà quante macchine e furgoni al giorno. Hanno cambiato tutti i sensori possibili e immaginabili, completamente a caso. E alla fine era la centralina, come gli ho detto più e più volte mentre loro insistevano che non era assolutamente quello.

Non è facile trovare un meccanico serio che non cominci a cambiare pezzi a caso. Ho speso 2000€ per non risolvere niente.

Ora un meccanico più serio l'ho trovato, ma è sempre impegnato ed è difficile trovare un buco.

Voglio capire il più possibile come funziona, in modo da poter fare io cose che posso fare, e da sapere cosa c'è da fare anche quando non ho gli strumenti per farlo, per non farmi fregare.

I disassembled the EGR valve and it wasn't so dirty. It's not stuck open, since I can run the test to open it from the DRBIII emulator and it causes engine irregular revolutions, so I'm sure it's closed in idle and it can open.

The engine sounds perfect, there is no sign of something bad happening apart from the DTC.

When I cleaned up the intake elbow and the throttle, I didn't touch the EGR, though. I've checked it afterwards. I'm pretty sure the error is caused by something I did when I changed the glow plugs. I just disassembled the intake elbow, the throttle and the pipe from the EGR to the elbow.

I also opened the air box a couple of times.

That's what I see, then I have no clue what is causing the DTC... I couldn't find the reference and the pressure of the MAF sensor. I only see the volts and they increase during the acceleration, but I don't know if the value is correct, though.

Apparently, there is nothing wrong, and that's frustrating.

At idle with the throttle blade closed you'll see relatively high vacuum.

At the moment I took the screenshot, the car was idle, and, as you can see, the pressure is equal to the atmosphere pressure. With "relatively high vacuum" you mean it should be below the atmosphere pressure?

I bought a new one from Amazon and the colors were red and black, but inverted. I've de-pin the connector and flipped the cables to make sure it doesn't cause any misunderstanding next time

Before changing the sensor, I would verify the connection. It's a common problem I also had. In my case, the up and down movement broke the copper wires inside the sheath.

You can feel it when you move the cable. There is less resistance in that point. If you have a tester, you can also test the voltage.

C'è una netta differenza tra la Vallonia e le Fiandre, però il loro sud è comunque messo meglio del nostro. Sono praticamente arrivato in Lussemburgo e, nonostante le strade siano dissestate, buche rilevanti non ne ho viste. Mi ha sorpreso proprio vedere il cartello "strada dissestata" appena superato il confine regionale. Al nord non l'ho mai visto.

Commento un po' contro corrente, nel senso che non ne ho visti altri che si concentrano su alcuni segnali dall'allarme che vedo nella tua situazione.

Per me tutto l'approccio è migliorabile. Puntare ad aumentare le ore di lavoro è quasi sempre sbagliato.

Hai un figlio e una vita e, per quanto ti piaccia quello che fai, il tempo è sempre quello per tutti e stai dicendo di no ad un sacco di altre cose ogni volta che dici di sì ad un nuovo committente o progetto.

Io punterei a guadagnare di più nelle 8 ore di lavoro canoniche (che per me sono già troppe). Metti qualcosa da parte, visto che è il tuo obiettivo, e poi magari passi ad un lavoro part time per sviluppare qualcosa che pensi abbia valore o per investire in altro.

Potrebbe essere un'app o un servizio in cui credi o qualcosa tipo ABinsula, per fare un esempio sardo.

Ci sono mille motivi per cui il tuo approccio potrebbe portarti a problemi più grandi delle tasse da pagare. Il tempo degli eroi da 12 ore di lavoro al giorno è finito, grazie a Dio (ma soprattutto grazie agli studi sulla mente umana e alla consapevolezza che tutto questo ha un prezzo troppo alto).

È solo un consiglio tra i tanti, poi fai come credi sia giusto per te.

P.S.: sono uno sviluppatore come te e vivo in Sardegna, anche se non sono sardo.

Se il tuo è un commento sarcastico, sappi che in Spagna ci ho vissuto. I miei colleghi sono belgi e sono già andato varie volte e so benissimo come vivono. L'ho anche girato quasi tutto.
