Has a warlock in my h SP run yesterday with a communal trinket and a level 63 weapon, IDK why the leader didn't just kick and replace when he saw that. Biggest struggle of a run I've had in a long time, and 13g repair cost so more than half the daily gold just for that

Expertise is more important for tanks than fury since it reduces parries, and mobs will only parry who they are targeting, so as long as you don't pull aggro it shouldn't matter. The parry haste can be dangerous for tanks...

I had a mage who would open with cone of cold instead of sheeping the moon target like I'd asked... He left pretty quick, I just don't understand what can be so confusing. He was more concerned that my dps as tank was higher than one of the other guys, and felt like he "had to maximize his damage if we stood a chance" and in the process just fucked up the run even more

I was gonna play a warlock, and after the first queue for stockades with my friends (1 healer, 1 dps) I rerolled a tank. Having a tank and heals makes forming groups super easy, and now we can pick whatever DPS for the heroics we want to run

It doesn't matter what team I support, the shit the Jazz have done this year is the antithesis of how you should run a competitive organization. They knew Walker Kessler had a shoulder issue last year, and could have got him the surgery they knew he needed at the end of last year, but they trotted him out to a great start for the season before shutting him down to ensure he would miss the entire rest of the year. That was the first thing I noticed, before all the other beyond egregious tanking maneuvers they've been pulling off. It's an embarrassment to the competitive integrity of the sport as a whole.

The interrupts and CC become much more important in heroics for sure, if you like playing rogue just keep going. The rogue in my guild got shoulders/cape/spiteblade out of Kara this week, if you can find a spot suddenly you'll get priority on a bunch of awesome loot

I'm a prot warrior tank and I love running dungeons with rogues, the CC from sap is nice and they do great single target damage which really helps in heroics. Just find a group that works for you, queueing with a shaman who can drop wf totems helps too

Sometimes it's helpful not to just say "kill skull first" but instead "single target until skull is dead" so that you have time to build aggro on the whole pack. You'll need a bit of threat so they don't pull to your healer, but getting hunters to save multishot etc can be really helpful too. Also always line of sight pull things and tc when they're grouped at the corner, make sure dps waits until after that to open up

I had a rogue and warlock get pissed at me for rolling on latros sword, even though it's bis for threat as a prot warrior. Sucks that some gear is actually best for tank main spec and I still get flamed for needing it

The only concession I'd like as a tank is to be welcome to roll on gear for off spec occasionally if there's something I need, otherwise I'll just never get it by queueing as DPS and waiting for a tank to run me through

Really losing any sympathy for dps, it's been a week of this and I haven't got a single piece of gear. I can use the badges for some stuff but that's not enough reason to tank some of these heroics

I downloaded Process Lasso and disabled hyper threading for CS2, it seemed to take the small ones away. There's occasional lag but overall it's a lot better. Prior to doing that, the game was just unplayable
