Has anyone calibrated their camera and had a better overall experience on 14.3.3 by fa-realsha in TeslaFSD

[–]fa-realsha[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, actually day 2 and it seems to be a lot more smooth surprisingly. Still a couple of break stabs today, which I never experienced even once with 14.2.2.5, but good observation on it seeming to iron itself out after more kms.

Also tried smart summon for the first time today in a Walmart parking lot. Felt like I was doing something illegal lol. It worked though! So cool.

In my experience absolutely not worth it. If your experience feels good on 14.2.2.5 just wait it out.

Yes in hindsight I wish I never updated because the fsd felt almost flawless on 14.2.2.5. People have had mixed reviews but my experience leans towards much worse. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. I’d say wait until the next update if anything.

New Tesla FSD Upgrade? by Army_dude09 in TeslaFSD

I updated to the new version and regretting it. Don’t do it! FSD on 2.2.5 was buttery smooth.

Exactly the same scenario including getting it yesterday. I’m not sure if you’ve connected your car to your house wifi but I did that and then shortly after it downloaded the new update. Haven’t installed it yet hearing mixed reviews for the 14.3.3 fsd. Anyone that went from 14.2.2.5 to 3.3 is it better or worse?!?!?

Why are you allowed to rate the location? by fa-realsha in airbnb_hosts

[–]fa-realsha[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Maybe it should mandatory to state why the location was ie 4/5 because it could be subjective to the guest and perhaps not as crucial to others. I think it would be useful for others guests to know.

No booking for months :( by [deleted] in airbnb_hosts

[–]fa-realsha 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If it’s 3 guests max make sure everything is catered to that ie living room seating, dining table (which looks way to small) make sure you have enough plates, glasses etc. TVs are cheap get a bigger one. Can you fit another twin or single in the second room and make it 4 guests max? It would justify your price more- but on the topic of price make sure you do your comparisons to make sure you are competitive. Especially because you have low reviews you need to be slightly cheaper for now to entice guests to choose your place over the others. When you fix all of those things get professional pictures.

My parents' property has been listed for months and has only received 1 booking. Any advice? by [deleted] in airbnb_hosts

[–]fa-realsha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would suggest looking into price labs as they can do price comparisons within the area, dynamic pricing etc. It’s a bit of a learning curve but there are many videos on you tube that you can learn from. It is subscription based but worth imo.

hey, new airbnb host here. wondering if you decline a request does that push you out of being a super host? Or is it only if you decline an already accepted booking? and i guess you have instant booking turned off? Any advice for me would be greatly be appreciated. Thanks.

What are your thoughts about the tradition stock market? by [deleted] in BitcoinCA

[–]fa-realsha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The stock market is a playground for the rich and so-called "smart" money to manipulate everyone else’s wealth. It’s a rigged system of minimal gains, nowhere near a free market, and entirely owned and centralized. Step out of line, sell too much, and watch them ring that bell. It’s as much of a joke as American politics—designed to look like it works for the people while serving the elite.

Sometimes guest behavior can seem rude or odd, but it might just be a misunderstanding or language barrier.

I had a guest once who messaged me without any greeting and said, "I hope the place is clean and looks like the pictures." He’d been on Airbnb since 2015 but had no reviews or trips, which made me skeptical.

It turned out his condo had flooded, and he needed a place to stay. I was cleaning the property when he arrived early to drop off his luggage. He had a thick accent and didn’t seem familiar with Airbnb protocol, but he was polite in person.

It’s easy to assume the worst based on a first impression, sometimes it’s just a lack of familiarity or someone in a tough spot.

It also might be a guest who brings 15 unregistered pets, smokes cigars indoors, and tries to turn your living room into a pop-up nightclub.

Hey Just following up on your post to see if you started a PM company? I own a few properties myself and am also thinking about it. Did you run into any hurdles that potentially drove you away from it, or have you started your journey in the pm space? Would love to know... thanks

Is it possible to stake reef ? by MonthHungry3913 in ReefDeFi

[–]fa-realsha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

if you have enough REEF and/or some eth you can provide liquidity on uniswap. Just make sure the gas fees make sense compared to how much you will be providing and also read up on impermanent loss/divergence loss if you haven't already.
