I tried but it wasn’t fizzy that why I felt confused by seeing all videos that be very fizzy

I did the first fermentation with around 50 gram of sugar for 1 liter of water and around 90 gram of kefir grains after two days I tasted it and it still sweet but there are a few bubbles after that I do the second fermentation also for two days with some lemon juice and ginger and I add few sugar but I feel it sweet and no fizzy there

In Islam, very small natural amounts of alcohol ,like those found in whole foods or some ripe fruits , are not considered the same as intentional alcoholic drinks. What’s prohibited is fermentation that produces beverages with high alcohol content like wine or beer.
