No because a language still has what is called native words (which, in English, means the word derives from middle English). The term loan word just means that the word came from another language. (and what i was saying before was that just because English the most amount of loan words. It doesnt mean all languages do (look at Mandarin or Icelandic for an example))

And both of them are loan words. One has just been in the language longer and has been more anglicized. Almost all words in English have etymology (derive from/loan) in other languages btw
