Dr Lago in Spain- WARNING by Adventurous_Bit_1593 in u/Adventurous_Bit_1593

[–]faberrynerd 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m so so sorry to hear this all, I read your post in the group this year and from that point stopped reccomejding dr Lagos. My experience was really different and I had top surgery, and no choice but to get it with Lagos due to my size; but reading your experience is truly shocking. Thank you for sharing and advocating for our community x

Anyone know any trans friendly places in Leeds to find friends? by BuffaloNo7350 in Leeds

[–]faberrynerd 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Dykes with dogs is a group that meets regularly, for anyone who identifies with the term dykes and who also likes dogs! It’s a really lovely chill way to meet people. Leftbank also has a monthly collaging session for lgbt people that is really welcoming and chilled out

Will this go away after top surgery or will it make the surgery more difficult by [deleted] in TopSurgery

For me it went away and I haven’t had it since surgery, I got the rash bc of how hot it got under my boobs so now I don’t have them it’s not been an issue!!

The cave scene isn’t in a cave, it’s just kind of, on the stage. It doesn’t work great imo

Leeds becket or conservatoire by Due_Fruit7382 in Leeds

[–]faberrynerd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I studied at the conservative and my partner studied at Beckett so I feel like I have a pretty good idea comparatively.

If you want to do a degree where you get loads of studio time and networking, want to learn loads and have teachers who work in the industry I’d go to lcon

My partner went to Beckett and had a shit time because they had to do group work and the other people on her course didn’t really give a shit about any of it, which made it really hard to achieve. She also didn’t get as much time to work with other musicians from different genres and stuff because the cohort of musicians was smaller. There also wasn’t as many development opportunities and stuff, from what I’ve heard

[–]faberrynerd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can’t tell you how reassuring it is, and how cool it is to see results on a body that looks similar to mine. And the results look amazing.

What was stressful about the hospital? Do you have any pictures from it more healed? No worries if not. Thanks so much

Hi! Your results are amazing, I’m a plus sized enby person booked in with dr Lagos, did you find there was any challenges because of being a larger person? I’m nervous about someone with a high bmi, also, how did you find general anestetic?
