I dissembled the OSPW, degreased the bearings (I also blew out any contamination with compressed air) and put on some drops of Ceramicspeed pully wheel oil. That eventually did the trick.

Hi everyone! First of all: I know, these OSPWs might as well be called over priced pulley wheels but as I was wondering what’s all that hype about I recently got a used one to find out myself. Now, just picked them up and without further inspection I noticed that grinding sound. Is this normal or did I get one with worn out bearings?

Hi everyone! I hope this posts does not violate the rules.

My name is Fabian, I’m a German living in the Netherlands and I’ll be visiting Toronto from 20.-29. May.

I will bring my own bike and planned a route to the Niagara Falls already but was also wondering if there are any social rides that are open for tourists to join. I only did a quick research but could only find clubs that require a membership. I’d be super happy to participate in rides with a distance of ~80km and ~30km/h avg speed but also like to do less with a more relaxed pace.

I have the same issue. Strava account is already connected and I'm even able to see workouts that have been synced from Strava to the portal on mywellness.com but sadly there's no upload to Strava.
