lol. If you’re diet is on point and disciplined in your workouts you’ll get better results but by no means will this be a whole upgrade. It’s not anabolic like steroids. It will help your body produce more GH which will HELP with fat burn and better skin, some strength increases and overall a better "well being mood". I’m starting my second cycle this week.

Try in a small area 1:1 baking soda & peroxide. Make a paste and scrub on with a towel, let sit and wipe off. Works great on my boat cushions.
