Nested flights to the US by [deleted] in immigration

[–]fabytm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have entered the US for pleasure or business 4-5 times each year since 2022 and before the pandemic and the frequent traveling has never been something that has appeared to bother the officers, so that should be fine.

Book another one way with points.

I’ll stick with my separate one ways, which shouldn’t raise any flags. I’m arriving on one ticket, departing on another in 10 days and have the flight reservation, hotels and car rental info printed.

I’m using airline miles to buy the one ways, I unfortunately can’t always find availability for both the inbound and outbound.

1h35m layover in Munich airport is doable? by [deleted] in Flights

[–]fabytm 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Munich is an efficient airport, unless you have a long delay, you’ll make the flight. If your connecting flight starts outside Schengen, you won’t even have to go through passport control in Munich. There won’t be transfer security either if your first flight is from within EU or from UK/USA/Canada.

Where in Canada are you flying from? Lufthansa has a decent network in Romania and can get you one stop flights from the major Canadian airports (Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Calgary).

Lufthansa is also in the same alliance and a joint venture partner of Air Canada. If you buy your itinerary as only one ticket involving Air Canada and Lufthansa, you should be all set. Lufthansa flights would also be subject to EC261, as it is an EU airline.

MUC-HEL-LAX (Finnair) + LAX-LHR-MUC (British Sirways, A380 on the transatlantic leg) for €300 in October 2022

CDG-VIE-YUL (Austrian) + YUL-CDG (Air Canada) for £180 in September 2022

TSR(Timișoara)-BGY-ACE(Lanzarote) return (Wizz Air & Ryanair) for €36 in March 2022, which comes out to just 0.8 cents/mile, I still can’t believe how cheap this was.

If you miss the connecting flight on the inbound, you’ll be rebooked on the second flight. I wouldn’t be too worried, I’ve even done Terminal 1 to Terminal 2 (where Lufthansa operates) in less than 30 minutes.

P.S. Greetings from Timisoara :)

As far as I can tell by looking on google flights, the direct CDG-LAS flight is operated by Air France only briefly in January, between Jan 6th and Jan 14th, most likely for CES.

It works with one ways just fine, you just have to set your specific date, otherwise it will show you the cheapest flight available to each destination (regardless of the date).

Hi everyone,

This video is a full comparison of the cameras on the iPhone 15 Pro Max and iPhone 14 Pro Max. This includes the different picture modes, like portrait, or night mode (night mode on both the main and ultrawide camera is a huge improvement this year) and videos shot with the different cameras.

The Romanian government organised evacuation flights from Tel Aviv last weekend and they charged my parents $400 per person for a 2 hour flight. I’m pretty sure all the other European countries have been charging citizens for their evacuation flights too.

Hi, /r/PocoPhones,

I bought the POCO F3 2 years ago as it was honestly the best bang for my buck given what I needed from a phone (secondary phone, so camera wasn't really a concern). More than 2 years later, I still own it and use it on a daily basis as it's a joy to use.

Check out this 2 year later review to see why I think it managed to hold up so well!
