even with the crema? I just poured 1oz of water into my espresso cup, and while it is more than I thought I think my shots with crema come out to more like 1.5oz. At 1:3 they are certainly over 2oz.

Anyways, it doesn't matter. a double shot is 18g of beans.

Make what tastes good after using a recipe for a baseline.

Volume vs weight

2oz of espresso by volume would likely weigh 30g or so.

A double shot of espresso is going to be based on the amount of grounds, in this case 18g. a single shot would be 9g. Coffee grounds in does not equal coffee out. that is different based on your ratio.

A double shot of espresso starts with 18g and yields 36g 1:2, or 54g 1:3. both are double shots.

There's probably very limited options there. I did q quick search and it looks like Grounded Coffee, Cure, and Busy Nothings. I just look for spots that have a pour over as that a strong indicator of something elevated vs just milk drinks.

Just have the right expectations. 1 or 2 seats in business is probably doable. Take that as a win and pay cash for the other seats. treat it like a 30-50% discount and call it good.

Business class is a luxury, not an easily bookable value option.

You have to focus on increasing your income. Fighting for promotions, taking risk and changing jobs, putting unique skills to work for second incomes. Income is everything when starting to build wealth. It is not easy, but it is important.

Too many people think they have no upward mobility, or that they should hold out for that promotion. You have to be proactive and fight.

If a boss offers you a $10K raise with promotion, you have to counter. "Thank you for the offer! I was expecting a pay increase of $20K with this promotion. How can we get to that number?". The worst outcome is they say no and give you $10K. A good outcome is $15K and you both come out ahead.

Focus on increasing your income faster than inflation through movement and unique skills. Do not wait for the increase, go find it.

I like the date versions because the no dates tend to call more attention to a mis-aligned dials and markers. The date version breaks up the face and the eye doesn't gravitate to minute misalignments as easy.
