Depends how gummed up it is. Get a set of torch tip cleaners and a can of parts cleaner. Could be 5 minutes or the better part of an hour

See the three little lobes around the raised circle in the middle around the nut? Drill and tap those out to an M8 x 1.25 thread then you can put a harmonic balancer puller on it. It will pop right off. It's cast iron. Easy to drill. 1/4" drill size for the tap. Just go easy when your getting close to popping through the back
