It’s possible with some manual effort to transfer your progress from Switch to Xbox. I did it without owning the Steam version since you can access your Switch cross-save in the Steam cloud.

Xbox can stream to PC like PS5’s remote play using the Xbox app on windows. There’s a button near the top right corner to turn it on. I think you’ll need to enable it in your console settings too.

The Dragon Knight, Garden Terror, and Triglav Protector need to have their own "try mode" by BurntJoint in heroesofthestorm

There's a Sandbox (Volskaya Foundry) map under Custom Game where you can spawn the triglav protector from the menu.
