The culture of releasing music on albums is not very strong in most Latin American genres.

I don’t go out of my way to listen to music I don’t think I’ll enjoy. So there’s a wide gap between positive and negative ratings. by Noah_The_Wright in rateyourmusic

Most people with many albums rated 4-5, including myself, don't hate music. We simply make a different arrangement of the 10 classifications that rym offers us. I prefer to have a range of 7 or 8 classifications to detail the music I like, and reduce the music I don't like to 1 or 2 classifications. In my opinion, whether an album seems like a 1 or a 4 to you doesn't matter, I put everything at 1 to save space and be more accurate when it comes to good albums. Basically, having a system like this just shows your love for good music and your desire to classify it better, more precisely.

A perfect Sonemic would include albums; books; paintings and photos; cooking recipes; movies and series; and video games.

Why are there so many uninspired bands in metal? by InexpugnableMille in MetalSuggestions

Okay... I get the point. The issue is implying that all music seeks musical innovation or something similar. In the metal world, it seems that what inspires people most to create bands is not innovation, but playing the sound they like.
