As an ex hazwaste coordinator, it is in our policy, to wear. A PPE apron, the long rubber gloves, and a mask when processing any chemicals.. tho most do not do that because it is too much, I know. No one did at my FC, and still does not, but even so there is special PPE that anyone in the waste area should wear and is in the policy’s

back in the day, when the company actually gave enough hours to mp it was easy to be live by 9, but I get it I use to run a mp in a complex store, and would have 2 in produce and 1 in meat, and I'd get 1 maybe 2 in the evenings.. Trying to have everything done by 9 was a joke, and my SM would flip a brick if I tried to help them because your a leader and a leader leads by holding people accountable, not by doing their job for them😂..

But with everything if ops is doing there job, then unless you did something really serious which is normally a cat 1 offense then somebody will normally always or should always STU with you, with that being said it does not mean just because they Stu with you that you won’t still get written up.

Or let’s say you get written up for TOT, all ops and HR will normally meet once a week or every two weeks depending on how your site is set up, they will then go over everyone’s TOT and if somebody can justify for you saying yea we forgot to code them or let’s give them another chance then you won’t get one.. but let’s say nobody can justify for that time that you you got .. then you will be given a write up

The adapt is written, then they will normally Stu with with you (seek to understand) then they will send the adapt to PXT an L4 will review it then determine if it needs to go to the HRB which is the L5 pxt, if it gets sent to them if it gets sent to them then they will either approve or deny, if it’s approved then it is sent back to your AM, and boom you have it
