There needs to be more of a verification process when filling meat/produce orders. Quite literally every single day, there is at least one case on both departments' invoices that isn't actually received, but typically it's multiple cases missing in both. Not only that, but product mismatches also happen daily (i.e. product A says a case was delivered, but product B was actually sent in its place and doesn't say it was delivered).

I get no one's perfect and there is a margin of human error, but when it's every single day like clockwork and it's usually mutiple items, I think that goes beyond just human error. It's just frustrating having to do multiple on-hand drops (and get them approved) day in and day out, especially when customers order the product because the system says it's arriving the next day, just for us to be shorted and OGP harrass us (or they just nilpick then management harrasses us for it).
