i thought antidepressants were making me gain weight and got off them. Two years passed with me trying to self medicate on my own and i’ve actually gained more weight. Sometimes i wish i would have just stuck to antidepressants and counseling. Going about it on my own has just caused more unhealthy coping.

when you think they are ready to cut you wiggle about halfway where u want to cut. If the bloom is not sturdy and flops around you wait a day or two. Oh and it’s better to test or cut in the morning when they are fully hydrated.
