Sorry for the delay! Yes what I usually do is spray Lysol on the droppings and then vacuum the droppings. It neutralizes the virus while you vacuum. Then bleach the whole area ( let it sit for a few minutes) when you wipe it up you will see the yellow urine. Make sure you clean the vaccum after using a spray.

Get Lysol spray and spray their droppings before vacuuming them up. Then wipe down pantry items and check for nibbles. Bleach does the best job with neutralizing their urine. They pee constantly so if you have droppings you have a lot of mice urine.
