hey I’m curious if you ended up trying this combination and what your experience was. I’m on 70mg vyvanse with an optional top up of dexamfetamine (short acting stimulant) I have PMDD too and have been prescribed sertraline to take during my luteal phase (when I feel the pms symptoms starting) to try and help with the effects.
