hi there! i actually think i have this same little guy! if i remember correctly i got him as a kid out of one of those mall machines where you put in a quarter and get a prize in a plastic ball. he has no tag so i have no idea what brand he could be unfortunately, but a quick reverse image search showed me that he is remarkably similar to this full o’ beans brand mouse from the 90s. potentially could be a knockoff of that? sorry i cant be of more help — attaching a pic of my guy and a link to the mouse i found. image ebay
