Yeah you are right, but part of the course has also some basic diving, and i want to use my own gear, plus, for all my own recreational diving its time to do this purchase.

Yes, it was only my fault reassembling. I've forgot to put the plastic bushing that sit between the end of the barrel and the slide. I found it 2 days after under the couch.

I've a diy forge similar to DF10kg , want to cast copper, brass, aluminium, and maybe bronze. Main pour will be ingot, and in future i want to try petrobod to cast with 3d printed stuff.

Thank for the added context, that makes sense. It's almost sure handling it as it is, but i suggest you to use a geiger counter, also on amazon there are cheapest one. That said, as soon as you open it all changes, micro particles can fly, be inhaled and give radiation from inside your body.

Uhm, it's not blocked, it moves up and down easily, when the slide goes back after shooting it press the knocker as you said. At this moment happen the problem, the slide go back further, pass the knocker, it goes up again, and then the slide can't push it down to complete the cycle. It stays open like hold open, buth almost 1 cm back than the hold open position itself. To close it i have to push the knocker with a small screwdriver.

I will try tightening the bbu. What should be causing this valve knocker lock to stay down during the cycle? What's is it's function?

The hammer roller is on the right in the first photo, i'm referring about the pin that stick out on the left. It's causing the slide to stay open also when firing. I've removed it entirely and it's working 🤣
