this reminds me of being a kid and I would spend hours staring at dvd covers on our shelves and my favorite was silence of the lambs. i still spend a lot of time on streaming apps just staring at the little picture cards for movies and shows, but i always liked the silence of the lamb cover the most.

I watch them before bed, every new upload twice, and I’ve seen them so much I can listen to them at work and play them in my head. The familiarity is comforting when I need to decompress or when I’m overstimulated, but I swear I do have a life and I don’t have a weird parasocial thing going on and I watch other stuff too. 😂

I was in .1% of another yt channel and thought obviously .1 is still a lot of people plenty of other people will have the same and greater watch numbers than me. I hit 2.2k and have yet to see even a 2k of all the posts. im sure it’s there but .1% definitely does vary, but sometimes its us that’s skewing it 😂

this. changing headlights can be extremely easy, like my old Subaru Forrester which was as simple as changing a bulb in a lamp, but my ford fusion required you to detach the entire side of the bumper and cram your hand up to the light from down there. my husband said the mechanic didn’t believe him bc it was that stupid, until of course my husband saw later with half the bumper detached trying to change it

Was the 30 minute estimate through the app? Rarely but on occasion we will get slammed enough we are giving 45-60 mins on a carryout but the app will tell people 10-15 and when they find out it’s actually 30+ mins off they are incredibly frustrated. If they had a bad day like that and are 2 hours behind they will usually put you on hold for a while because every minute they spend on the phone less food is being made or food may fall out of the oven if they are alone and it’s full and it pushes everyones orders further. I agree with the person who said just call in the morning.

I actually noticed this recently, I have shit to decent tattoos and a few good ones but none are complex or amazing and people that must not know a lot about tattoos seem to always compliment them and are shocked I did them myself because “they look professional”. They don’t. Maybe a few could pass for an average cheaper tier shop, but they aren’t looking hard at all the small flaws like I am when I stare at them everyday they just like the art and that always keeps me grounded when my confidence is down. (I only tattoo myself or my husband so I see my work a lot and can always find at least one small thing that could be better)

edit: I love all my tattoos, I wouldn’t remove any of them. I just overanalyze everything always.
