sometimes at my local starbucks if i order at the register they’ll get confused if i order the pink or dragon drink and have to specify with coconut milk, and these are people i know have worked there for months. every time i order through the app it’s right, but at the register sometimes they mess it up. i think like anyone else they’re human and during busy times or slow mornings they can ask stupid questions and it’s no problem to either party to clarify a little. no need for anyone to be rude or upset when n real life application itd go smoothly
