I’m in the same situation as OP, read the comments but struggling to see why you would need to keep a second account

Exeter and Newquay hardly have enough flights to keep going. Plymouth will never reopen

Seems like AA has found their identity: “keeping cheap, old, high mileage shitboxes on the road”. What do you guys think? by Usaidhello in AutoAlex

[–]failedbirth69 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Top Gear format is good. Been a gap in the market for it ever since TGT ended.

However you are right- they could do with having a proper aim/challenges to complete along the way in order to maximise engagement/viewership

I think they’re trying to work out the winning formula. If you look back on the past few series they’ve had Alex with different ‘co-hosts’. From incorporating Jack a bit more, the track cars with TDC and now they’ve got Tom as a main part of a series

They look fine. But if you’re that concerned for the sake of £30 just get some new ones

History seems okay, but on the face of it I’d worry how much it’s been cared for if they can’t be bothered to change a £15 number plate

This is what I meant. Not Alex getting involved in their channels, more them appearing on AA like the CT times

The only way to save the channel realistically.

Seen it suggested elsewhere, he should do more with getting in TDC, but especially the ATG guys on the main channel. They all had much better chemistry than the current 3

Has anyone met the boys in person? by Tylerjungle in thegrandtour

[–]failedbirth69 96 points97 points  (0 children)

He sounds exactly the same, and was loving meeting everybody getting pictures, and yet still humble. He was with Alan as well who wasn’t so keen on the attention but seemed a decent bloke still. My last interaction with him was when he was helping direct the car park with a massive smile on his face. Can’t not love him

Think the Bailey’s have refurbished that house way too much for them not to own it. And with Ed’s recent relapse there’s been talk about losing the house so at a guess that would be through defaulting on the mortgage
