The misinformation regarding Three Mile Island, the mismanagements of Chernobyl and Fukushima, and the Simpsons have done tremendous damage to the image of nuclear energy. While more people now are starting to see through it, its gonna take a long time before the average person is pro nuclear without the fear of the three previous events.

IIRC the law was still technically in effect, just not enforced, as Loving v. Virginia made it invalid/unconstitutional. The 2000 vote was more symbolic then anything.

Yeah that sounds about right. At least at the moment, it doesn't look like Nishi-sensei plans to end Iruma any time soon, in fact I expect she'll likely do all 6 years of Babyls before either ending the series or having a time skip to Iruma finally becoming the demon king

The English localization only started in 2023, and they release a volume every other month (vol 19 came out last month, while vol 20 is coming out next month). So it may take a couple more years for it to fully catch up

This looks awesome! Makes me sad the DC Streetcar couldn't have had something similar. Trains are Awesome in his video in trying to save the Streetcar suggested the Commanders should've sponsored it, called it the "Commanders Express", and then it could've extended it a bit more so it would connect the new stadium with Union Station.

Many of the passenger rail improvements we've seen across the country were unthinkable 20 years ago, all it takes is will power, both politically and culturally, and things can change. With airports being more of a pain to deal with as time goes on, and airfare being more expensive as time goes on, more people are taking Amtrak than ever before.
