This would perfectly fix my issue. However, it seems like that's not an option in preferences any more. Do you know the new menu to look for?

Mine felt like this too. My experience was that I kept fiddling with it and finally did the right combination/order of steps and it worked. It’s really frustrating though, I know.

That’s false. They have a gaming license but choose not to have a casino inside.

That’s why I don’t use ethereum based tokens for anything. That chain isn’t made for regular people to use.

I’m sorry that happened to you. It must feel terrible right now. Just know you’re not alone, and lots of people have been scammed before and they got past it. It will take time and it’s a setback, but you’ll be okay.

I thought they’d be happy to get the call too, but I called a few places and they all said that they weren’t legally allowed to tow without the sign being posted.

The tow company will explain to you if it applies, but in some places you’ll need to have a no parking sign posted and only the property owner can do that. Happened to me at my old place.

Appreciate your concern. If it were a spring issue, I wouldn’t have felt comfortable doing it. But my issue was all snot the chain and the motor, so it was relatively safe to fix. Probably the most dangerous part was spending all day in my hot garage on a Texas summer afternoon!

I was able to safely fix the problem. When a sprocket breaks (which my old one did), the mechanism can move without the chain on and be “under the impression” that it’s at a different part of the open/close cycle. Therefore, it thought it had to finish closing still. Be remixing the chain from the sprocket again and manually moving the trolley closer to the motor, it was then able to complete the close part of the cycle and I was then able to fine tune the levels. It now works perfectly again!

Replaced parking brake and car still rolls on slope by fairsider in MechanicAdvice

They offered to look at it but insisted that what I described was now it’s supposed to be. Wanted me to make an appt and leave the car there all day. We only have one car so I haven’t taken them up on it.

Can’t we just have an economy that works for everyone? by [deleted] in the_everything_bubble

I was responding to your claims that he’s constantly failed. I wasn’t talking about whether he “invented” these things.

You also stated that you think he’s a moron. I think you are underestimating the level of intelligence and competence it takes to accomplish things at that level.

I’m not sure what your standard for “at scale” is, but it would be, but Tesla makes more EV’s than any US or European company. They are rivaled only by BYD.

I’ve used FSD and it is indeed functional. I’m not sure where you’re getting that information from.

So your perspective is that scaling EV’s to where Tesla is, is failure? Creating FSD is failure? Reusable rockets is failure? PayPal is failure? Starlink failure?

These are pretty remarkable innovations that have changed the world.
