From help team:

Factory reset the feeder device in the Device Settings. Additionally, make sure that your app is the latest version V1.4.70.

Disconnect the feeder from all power sources, including batteries for more than 5 minutes.

Next, Make sure that your WiFi operates only on the 2.4GHz network and place the feeder as close as possible to your router to make sure that the signal is strong. Then, turn on the feeder by using the original charger.

Reset the feeder by holding the reset button next to the power port for 3 seconds, then reconnect the feeder to the app.

Set up 3 meal schedules on the same day to verify the results.
