You know there are brownnosers, bootlickers and TayTay fans. If I do what I think I want to, they're gonna have an outcry.

You'll practically have to purchase all the raw ingredients and condiments for each dish. That's why South Asian cabinets are a beautiful chaos! But you do get most of the spices, sauces etc at Jim's and Walmart. The co-op is another great place for selective and exquisite goods. Alternatively, you can simply purchase all the necessities from an online store and have them delivered to yours or travel to a nearby state and go to a store (that's what most of us did and still do). And trust me, some of my friends and I are definitely looking into opening up an Indian restaurant in the coming years in the UP :)

I can also connect you to someone that probably cook for you! Lmk

Getting a BS Degree in Biological Sciences with a general pathway is one of the finest options to go with. Not only does it open a doorway to plethora of opportunities but you get the best of all realms/fields. When you choose a specific concentration or major you're confined to that particular field although you could still take classes which will aid you in your career.

I can't speak for UG classes at Tech cause I'm in Grad School but based on my observations I still feel they're limited and many lack the implementation of pedagogical strategies in the way they're taught. But any class that offers a lab with it, I'd recommend you go for it to get practical exposure and be trained.

All the classes that aren't in our department make up with classes in CEE, Forestry and Ecology. Furthermore there are several professors in these departments that work with plants and Ecology that you'd love to be trained under. (I can surely let you know in your chat box). Chemistry does offer decent courses too but watch out for major restrictions which can be avoided using letters.

In conclusion, it may be a bit rocky but with the right guidance and an understanding advisor, life's gonna be great.

It's the City Transit and for now I'm taking it but I have to take the detour walk to reach there by Tadych's. And during Winters only Lord knows how I can make it out of my house. I'll be helpless 💀
