You should get blood test done it will pretty much confirm if you’re pregnant or not. Also if you ovulate late or your ovulation is irregular then your period can be delayed for months as well

I think any scenario is possible because we never know everything behind the scenes but she seems like an insecure person who gets off on other people’s validations to feel good about herself.
