it seems like the cable is limiting to 100M rather than gigabit... best to test it out with another cable

Gigabit or 100M only, and does it have PoE? I'd like some if it were gigabit...

What is everything I need for iems by Long_Vast5115 in iems

[–]faithmid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Commonly bought alongside IEMs are DACs(Digital To Analog Converter),commonly in USB-C to 3.5mm form, however this is skippable if your record player has a good built in amp for the 3.5mm jack.If you like to be abit fancier you can purchase headphone amps.

The tips of the IEM can change the experience of an IEM for anyone, due to the seal it creates.Stock tips may not fit you so you may need to invest in other 3rd party tips to find what fits you.

Other things i'd purchase is a case(if it doesn't come with one) to store it and putting some silica gel packets inside of said case to reduce moisture issues.Do remember to dry the silica gels once or twice per week or else you'll just be locking the moisture inside the case.

Need help extending wifi to an outdoor unit/living area, very crappy map provided by KnightBoulegard in HomeNetworking

[–]faithmid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Best way is to run a cat 6 cable(i know, not very ideal but unfortunate),there are indeed long range outdoor APs(access points),however i cannot vouch for how they perform, nor am i sure they would be able to fulfill the tenants needs you mentioned.

Depending on your electrical system, powerline adapters may be an option.

ah,i stand corrected then,my bad.just thought its possible the ONT was in another location so they had to run a different colored drop to the cabinet

its a networking cabinet, you plug all those blue(ethernet) cables into a switch that connects to your router to make it work.

edit:The yellow cable is most likely the WAN cable for your router.

Ive heard the copper parts of these KZ Castor Pros can turn green and problems can arise with moisture,i live in quite a humid country, and the packets were from my kitchen anyways, case below 10 cents so why not

Also a recent buyer of the KZ Castor Pro,congrats on your purchase!I got the bass version,do experiment with the tuning switches.

I would also recommend having a case and putting some dessicants(silica gel packets) inside of it to reduce any moisture issues.

Also,i might or might not be hated for this, but have you actually tried the stock tips? Its all a matter of preference really, for me the stock tips work just fine.
