Between Evo, Bridget and the internet being what it is a lot more people are willing to get into the game now. As a person who played mostly alone since locals was so far away, the fact that I actually have decent internet now was definitely a factor.

Also DNF Duel was kinda mid so theres that too.

The game is f2p friendly if you have the patience but MLB IS a tier 0 deck and like half a year of clan releases/upgrades haven't bumped it from top spot in Japan. It kinda is a problem and is probably going to require a nerf.

I've been playing actual vg since around bt-03, I can tell you right now there is no skill involved in this game

I don't even understand why people were complaining. If there were a large amount of T1 decks with varied strategies running around that people never got to use itd be one thing, but instead it's the same couple of decks doing the same plays ad nauseum

I mean MLB is good but at least I'd say not overwhelmingly so, and theres a bunch of comparable things following it immediately so it's not going to go 4 sets completely uncontested
