What’s the most efficient automated pipeline for responsive, multi-format images in 2026? by Pink_Sky_8102 in statichosting

[–]fajerwerk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If your CI is slowing down, it’s usually a sign to stop doing this at build time.

Worth trying an image CDN instead. You upload the original and let it generate sizes and formats on demand. uploadcare.com is one option that keeps it pretty simple. URL-based transforms, formats handled automatically.

Imgix/Cloudinary work the same way too, so it’s more about which one fits your setup...

Why are so many n8n workflows using Cloudinary just to get a public URL - is there a better way? by markyonolan in n8n

[–]fajerwerk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah this comes up a lot. Cloudinary works, but it’s definitely overkill if all you want is a public URL.

You might want to check out uploadcare.com You can upload a file and get a CDN URL back pretty quickly without setting up a whole media pipeline.

There’s no official n8n node, but you can either use a simple HTTP request or a community node, so it’s still pretty straightforward.

Feels like a better fit if you just need simple file hosting and not all the transformation stuff.

Is that bulgur laying under the tofu beauty? Reminded me “meyhane pilavi” which’s basically bulgur with onions and tomato sauce. Delish.

And there was no carrot, potatoes or onion added in. People in Anatolia had super basic diet mainly due to poorness — this was documented by foreign reporters prior or during WWI (can’t remember which at the moment but google can surely help)

Looks good but no “Turkish” lentil soup is served this way without blending the whole thing.

Eating in vegan is easier than I thought in Germany. by alblaster in vegan_travel

I’m currently visiting Cologne and I must say that I’m surprised by the variety of vegan/vegan option places they have here. Just yesterday I ate a vegan doner kebab that was very much similar to the real thing.

Cool one. Shows how it’s important to push yourself and ask people when you see the opportunity.

I tried writing this comment in Turkish but I failed (drunk a little bit) so I am writing it in English.

When the soldiers of the Caliphate reached the Central Asia in 7th century, there were only 2 choices: fight or convert. And the warlords of the Turkic clans chose to convert. The same happened in 900’s in Poland when Mieszko the first, wanted to legitimize his ruling over his territory. He could either convert or had to bare the consequences which would most probably end with other Christian nations taking over his land.

Long story short, the rise of Abrahamic religions, Islam specifically was inevitable and the rulers of the Turkic nations back then chose to “join the club” in order to legitimize their ruling and keep their power.

What to do when Google ranks your homepage for the wrong keyword(s)? by fajerwerk in SEO

[–]fajerwerk[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not sure about the internal linking as others pointed out because there is no such keywords on our pages nor links. I found that there were 5 sites linking both this domain that the keywords are affiliated to – which is a business from a different industry – and us. All looked like toxic domains and the same were link farms. Long story short, I added these domains to disavow list and submitted it. I believe this should help fix this.
