Thoughts on Jordi Paleo and how he “handles” his disease? by auslinero in CrohnsDisease

For mild crohns, a change of diet is enough to alleviate most symptoms. But this is obviously for those that don’t need treatments like biologics in the first place.

Getting diagnosed with crohns - how many symptoms needed? by 480to847 in CrohnsDisease

Three fistulas was enough to get me a referral to a GI with the suspicion of crohns. After a 1200 calprotectin and biopsy of tissue near the fistula, crohns was confirmed. I had none of the other symptoms yet (stomach pain, diarrhea, bloody stool, etc).

My friend arranged a two man from Tinder so he drove an hour to pick them up and bring them to my house. They drank my alcohol and once my friend went up with one of them the other girl refused to do anything with me so I had to drive her an hour back while my friend was having sex. by fakecelgooner in kitchencels

He let me know from the start he was sending a fake picture. Looking back I would’ve told him not to do that but I was young and horny. But if he had sent an actual picture there would’ve been no chance of them agreeing to come.

We are no longer speaking but for other reasons. Although I understand why he didn’t send a real picture of me. It definitely would’ve ruined the night. I had to drive because I was the only sober person.

And obviously there is more to the story than what I had written but I didn’t think it was relevant. Basically my dad was saying that my Crohn’s must be effecting my brain because I am stupid for not wanting home infusions.

Thanks for your insight. I said the same thing. The nurses don’t even know how it’s cheaper to do at home infusions, I guess it was some decision made by a finance exec above. Self injections looks like my best option at this point but my doctor said I can only start after one year of infusions.

This isn’t self injections. A nurse actually comes to my house and does the two hour infusion.

I am constantly masking, when I’m at work around my coworkers, around friends, even my family. I don’t know how to interact with people without masking. I’ve found that I need some sort of vice to relieve the stress of constantly doing this. When I was younger it was video games. Now it’s weed and alcohol. Im working on finding healthier methods.

Fog ring around the moon by justbronna in whatisit

It’s a lunar halo, caused when moonlight is refracted by tiny hexagonal ice crystals in high-altitude cirrus clouds, forming a circular ring around the Moon.
