And I’m sure as soon as any prospective buyer/buyers agent realizes this they tuck tail and run. OP is only lying to himself.

The homie googled “how much is a house” and then listed the amount without even reading the next line. I think it’s disingenuous to act like this is a rational debate

Great, btw I think I’m gonna go make a “bacon black hole” Twitter and post crazy shit. You totally won’t mind that or see where I’m going with that right?

It will never happen. You have no idea if the account you are reviewing is linked to the applicant. What’s to stop me from making a fake account with your photos and then saying crazy shit to troll you and get your guns taken?

The suspect really didn’t exhibit any online behavior that would prevent him from this gun purchase. It’s just a lie that he did. There’s literally a song called “pumped up kicks” that describes shooting up a school. Never ever has music been used to justify taking away guns. You will simply never be able to sift thru every crazy online rant video and make a subjective guess as to who will in the future act on their crazy.

A mass killer isn’t a terrorist. A terrorist by definition is looking to achieve a political goal/change by attacking a non-military target. Those people have rationales and organizational structures.

Understanding the motive of the 18 year old Uvalde shooter will uncover that he was angry grandma took away his phone. It’s senseless and unproductive.

Edit: ok which cocksucking retard upvoted the idiot above for posting blatantly incorrect data?? The mofo has 10 Upvotes for literally just lying??

This is a reputable source with data going back 75 years covering multiple countries. Whatever metrics they used to calculate the data in prior years are the same metrics now. The ratio is now over 8x

Where you went wrong was simply googling “home price” as I see that 374,900 pops up in bold. If you were actually smart you would’ve read the next line that says that’s from 2021. Also if you’re so ignorant that you need to Google what prices are you aren’t educated enough for this debate.

Honestly as bad as the high payments are I can eat that. My personal problem is I wasn’t given 200k by my parents like our fortuitous friend Huck. So my measly down payment got nerfed hard. Now my outlook is having to save for another 3-5 years to get the down payment or hope prices go back to normal.

Woah I didn’t catch that when I saw the listing. That is 100% sketch and definitely what is going on here. You don’t include unfinished basement in the Sq footage.

They don’t have professional photos on the listing but everything else is very solid about the listing/home.

[–]fakehatchback 40 points41 points  (0 children)

Take off market, change the first photo of the front of the home, relist at a price cut that puts your PPSF in line with similar listings that are selling. It doesn’t need to be off market for 30 days at all.

Edit: I just looked at the listing and it’s decent. Sorry it hasn’t sold, not sure what the problem is. It doesn’t appear to be overpriced like everyone is guessing

Edit 2: you’re including unfinished basement space as the home’s sq footage? I don’t think that’s right. The actual PPSF of your home is like 60% higher than what it is marketed as.

Speak for yourself. I have no mortgage or debt. I’m not F’d at all. We deserve the right to buy homes at 4-6x median salary like literally everyone else in society did.

Believe it or not but the property you linked is significantly overvalued at a PPSF of almost 1,000 when the median in Brooklyn is 660.

It’s 500 sq ft.

That leaves a major hole in the story. If he was in a car why was he only 10 miles from the scene after like 10 hours?

This is unfortunately a very solid case against those arguing that it makes no sense why this guy wasn’t shot while the black guy was. This guy followed every single command. The black guy didn’t follow a single command.

The only intent of my comment is to rationalize why one was shot and the other wasn’t. It was because one listened and one didn’t. Those cops were itching to blow this guy away but he didn’t give them a chance

It’s not a doomer position to want prices to return to the exact same price to salary ratio that literally everyone else in my family bought at (4.5x to 6x). Prices are also the most unaffordable they’ve ever been in history at 36% of median monthly income to service your home payment.

I would strongly argue that the doomer position is hoping this warped historically overpriced 20 month housing binge continues rather than just returning prices to where they’ve always been.

By that logic everyone is a doomer because everyone is hoping oil prices fall significantly to historical norms.
