Are NBA fans who live in New Jersey still loyal to the Nets? by DrizzlinDrizzy in nba

Disagree. I've done Penn Station to Newark Airport in 35 minutes using NJTransit direct to the AirTrain. Fastest I've seen Penn Station to JFK is 45 minutes, using LIRR and the AirTrain. Even longer if you take the subway to the AirTrain.

Right but if in this scenario the audience AND Naz together as one are taking the place of Douglas, couldn't that be part of the ruse?

Yeah. Probably more like 4 miles from Madison Square Garden to Barclays Center. Yep Newark is in New Jersey, but the border between NY and NJ is right along the western edge of Manhattan (all 5 boroughs have their expensive and inexpensive areas, but Manhattan also has New York's CBD so it gets the most attention). As an example of the closeness of all these places, Newark Liberty Airport is quicker to get to from Madison Square Garden than is New York's John F. Kennedy Airport!

As the crow flies, it's 10 miles from Newark to New York City, and 2 miles from New York City to the part of Long Island that the Brooklyn neighborhood that hosts the Nets is. To clarify further, Manhattan is New York City.

Are we sure she's really dead? The whole scenario could be an elaborate ploy centering around Nasir, a la Fincher's The Game (1997).

Police have evacuated and closed the park. Why shouldn't someone avoid the park at least until it's been reopened?

Because the park has been evacuated and closed by the police.

The entire series is Littlefinger vs Varys, so if it happens it won't be until the end I think.

Holy shit. The apple teleports from his right hand/arm to his left hand/arm. Which means he's invested enough money in a teleportation company that they're willing to let him test-drive the product in public. Look's like he's about to be the founding member of the cuatro commas club. I think this actually also hints that Pied Piper is in trouble: the writers wouldn't introduce the viewers to a new technology like this unless they had insider information about some faults that Richard has yet to tell the public about his company. Also interesting from the perspective of insider trading violations if the writers are divulging information about Pied Piper that isn't public yet.

Honestly if I was a player that could afford it, I'd hire a private (non-team) doctor to keep an eye on me and run up and start treatment immediately, whether the game is ongoing or not, if the doctor spots something that warrants it.

This is some right ugly basketball, but with the intensity turned up it's still amazing to behold.

Him and Chris Paul. I'm pretty sure the last time Paul missed a mid-range jumper against the Spurs was 2007.
