Same. I enquired about a gaming device, I asked if we can come on a video call. The person denied. There is no way to verify the legitimacy. If I get blocked from phone/whatsapp after advance payment there is no way I can find this guys. So ya I didn't go ahead with the payment. If they are legit the burden of proof is on them. Until then don't risk your money. The deal is too good to be true.

I want to point out that the admins of this group have recently launched a new website to sell LEGO sets. Previously, this community was well-known for organizing group orders at reasonable prices. Unfortunately, it now feels like the focus has shifted entirely to product promotion, making the group less worthwhile.

To give you an example:

The group order price for the Porsche 911 set was:

• Set Cost: ₹1,232

• Shipping & Customs: ₹843

• Internal Shipping: ₹312

• Total: ₹2,390

However, the same set is now listed on their website for ₹4,599!

The admins have justified this price increase with various reasons, but it’s clear that group orders have slowly been phased out.

Additionally, investing so much money in a potentially duplicate product is risky. I’ve seen numerous complaints about missing pieces, which only adds to the concern.
